Q: How should I care for my leather product?
A: Our products are made from vegetable-tanned leather dyed by hand. To maintain their beauty and longevity, avoid excessive moisture, clean with a soft cloth, and occasionally apply a suitable leather care product.
Q: Where do your materials come from?
A: Our leather comes from local suppliers and is mostly tanned in Italy, like 90% of European leather, ensuring quality and minimizing transport distances. All other materials come from local suppliers, and the beeswax used for waterproofing comes from our family circle.
Q: Are your packaging materials eco-friendly?
A: Yes, we use reusable linen bags that are minimalist yet elegant, which can also serve as gift packaging. We avoid plastic whenever possible.
Q: Can I contact customer service for custom requests outside the shop catalog?
A: Yes, you can provide a pattern and a detailed brief (colors, sizes, text, etc.), and we will provide a quote. Our average response time is 24 hours.
Q: Are Triskóra products guaranteed and durable?
A: All our products are handcrafted from high-quality vegetable-tanned leather, which is highly durable. We also guarantee stitches and metal components; replacements are possible in case of defects.
