Shipping policy
Delivery Areas:
- Poland: free shipping.
- Europe: standard or express shipping. Exact fees are indicated at checkout.
- Rest of the World: express shipping. Exact fees are indicated at checkout.
Please note that Custom fees can apply at the reception for all shipping outside of EU.
Carrier:
All orders are shipped via Apaczka, DHL, DPD or InPost for standard shipping (depending on your location) and via DHL Express for express shipping.
Shipping Time:
Order processing and shipment take on average one week from the receipt of payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, orders are delivered within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Order Tracking:
A tracking number is provided for each order to allow customers to track their shipment in real time.
Responsibility During Transit:
Triskóra - Thibaut Da Silva remains responsible for the goods until handed over to the carrier. In case of loss or damage during transit, claims will be handled in accordance with transporter's procedures.
International Shipping and Customs:
For international orders, any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery.
Shipping Fee Refunds:
- If an order is canceled before shipment, any shipping fees already paid will be fully refunded.
- In case of loss or non-delivery attributable to the carrier or seller, shipping fees will be refunded.
- Once an order is successfully delivered, shipping fees are non-refundable.
